Pass Activation & Usage: The pass becomes active upon first use at any attraction included in your selection. From this point onward, you have a set number of consecutive calendar days (each ending at midnight) to explore as many venues as desired.

Ideal Use Strategy: Start early each day and align visits with opening times since the pass is valid for full calendar days rather than 24-hour periods.

Validity Period: Passes that have not been activated remain valid for up to 12 months from their purchase date, allowing you to activate them when it suits your schedule best.

Pass Usage Instructions

• Select from a selected list of 39 attractions and experiences.
• Your pass activates the moment you scan its QR code at an attraction, with no need to choose specific dates in advance.
• Following activation, your pass remains valid through midnight on each selected day (1, 2, 3, or 5).
• To gain entry, open the Go City app and scan the QR code at each venue's entrance.
• For experiences requiring reservations such as Big Bus Chicago and Seadog tours, use the in-app link to secure your date and time.
• Kids aged 3-12 benefit from reduced pricing (with photo ID possibly needed), while children under 3 generally enter for free.
• You may cancel any non‑activated pass within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Once activated, refunds or date changes are not permitted.
