Activating Your Pass
- To activate your pass, download the Go City app after purchasing it online. Follow the setup instructions provided in your confirmation email to sync your digital pass with the app.
- Although most attractions don't require reservations, some popular ones do. Check for a “reservations required” label on the Go City app and tap the attraction to book if necessary.
- Your pass becomes active when you scan it at your first visited attraction.
Validity:
- An activated pass is valid for 1/2/3/5 consecutive calendar days, as chosen during booking. Each day's access ends at midnight; for instance, a 3-day pass starting on Monday at 4pm remains active until Wednesday at 11:59pm.
- If not activated, the pass holds validity for one year from its purchase date.
