You'll gain entry through the Bayfront Plaza entrance. Just present your mobile or printed ticket at the gate for quick access — no additional steps required.

Highlights of the Gardens by the Bay Experience

The Floral Fantasy section is one of the standout areas within the gardens. It blends floral artistry with whimsical designs to create a truly unique atmosphere.

This area features four distinct garden zones: Dance, Float, Waltz, and Drift. Each zone offers its own artistic flair and visual theme, making every corner worth exploring.

More than 15,000 fresh flowers are used in rotating displays throughout the Floral Fantasy section, ensuring that each visit brings something new to see.

Please remember that eating and drinking is not permitted inside the Flower Dome or Cloud Forest. Be sure to plan your snacks accordingly. Once you leave, you won't be able to return again.

Accessibility Features

The area is suitable for wheelchair users as well as those with prams or strollers.

Onsite Facilities

You'll find a variety of services available including lockers for hire, free WiFi access, ATMs, water refill stations, mobile charging points, audio guides for rent, nursing rooms and shuttle transport among others.

Seasonal Update: Christmas Wonderland will be running from 29 November 2025 to 1 January 2026.

The Borealis Show takes place every Monday, Saturday and Sunday between 9:05 pm and 9:20 pm.

Garden Rhapsody is held daily at 7:45 pm, 8:45 pm and 9:35 pm.

Supertree Grove will be closed from 5:30 pm to 11 pm each day.

The OCBC Skyway operates between 9 am and 10 pm with last entry at 9:30 pm.

The Supertree Observatory is open from 9 am to 5:30 pm, and again from 6:30 pm to 10 pm. A ticket is required for access after 6:30 pm.

Operating Hours: Gardens by the Bay remains open every day between 5 am and 2 am. However, individual attraction hours differ slightly:

Cloud Forest and Flower Dome are accessible from 9 am to 9 pm with last entry at 8:30 pm.

The Floral Fantasy area is available daily from 10 am until 9 pm, also closing for entry at 8:30 pm.

Both the OCBC Skyway and Supertree Observatory are open between 9 am to 9 pm with last entry at 8:30 pm.

The Audio tour is available from 9 am until 5 pm.

Tips for Visitors

• Activate your ticket on your phone beforehand so entry is quick and hassle-free at the Bayfront Plaza entrance.
• If you're visiting with kids, plan to explore Floral Fantasy’s My Little Pony showcase first — it's a hit with younger visitors.
• Pack snacks and drinks outside Flower Dome and Cloud Forest since they aren't allowed inside those zones.
• Consider upgrading your ticket to include the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome for a more complete experience of the gardens.
