• Carry a valid photo ID along with your smartphone ticket or printed voucher for entry.

• Wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for walking.

What’s not allowed

• Large bags, outside food and drinks, alcohol, and sharp items are prohibited.

• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

• Drones and professional photography equipment are not allowed.

Accessibility

• The aquarium is fully wheelchair accessible, with lifts available to reach all floors and accessible restrooms.

• Stroller use is restricted to children with disabilities.

• Baby carriers for infants under 9 kg can be borrowed free of charge at the entrance (limited availability).

• SEA LIFE Aquarium is generally open from 10am to 6pm throughout the year, though hours may be shorter on certain winter days.
