Board your boat at Sirens Quay in St. Paul’s Bay, with check-in and boarding open from 8:30am and closing at 9:40am. Show your mobile or printed voucher, then settle in for a brief safety overview before departure at 10am.

What to expect

Gozo, Comino & Blue Lagoon Cruise

This cruise offers a scenic journey along Malta’s rugged northern shoreline, stopping at two of its most celebrated islands. You’ll explore the vibrant Blue Lagoon on Comino and enjoy free time on Gozo, with the option to join a local bus to Victoria and Xlendi Bay.

• Blue Lagoon: Experience a 90-minute stop at Comino’s Blue Lagoon, renowned for its transparent cyan waters, white sandy base, and rich marine life—ideal for swimming or relaxing.

• Gozo Island: Disembark at Mġarr Harbour and opt for a bus transfer (payable on site) to Victoria, home to the historic Citadel, and continue to Xlendi Bay, a picturesque inlet framed by steep cliffs.

• Scenic Cruising: Sail past landmarks like Aħrax Point, Elephant’s Head rock, Santa Maria Bay, and the Santa Maria Caves, with commentary available in multiple languages.

• Onboard Amenities: Enjoy a 10-meter waterslide, padded sun lounges (limited), shaded and sunny seating, air-conditioned lower deck, locker facilities, and a cafeteria serving food and drinks.

• Comino Sea Caves: Cruise by the unique sea caves of Comino, accessible by boat, for a glimpse into the island’s geological wonders.

Note:

A government-issued access pass is required to step ashore at the Blue Lagoon and must be arranged in advance. Bus transfers on Gozo are not included and must be paid in cash on the day. Bring cash, sun protection, appropriate shoes, and a swimsuit for your comfort.

What to bring

• Bring a government-issued access pass to disembark at the Blue Lagoon (required from May 2025; must be obtained in advance from www.blcomino.com).

• Bring swimwear, a towel, and sun protection such as sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.

• Wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking and exploring.

• Bring some cash for optional activities, food and drinks, and transportation in Gozo (bus/coach tour is not included and must be paid in cash on location).

• A jacket or warm clothing is recommended during colder months, as it can get chilly on the boat.

What’s not allowed

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted on board.

• Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• Smoking is not permitted on the boat or during the tour.

• Entry without a valid government-issued access pass to the Blue Lagoon (from May 2025) is not allowed.

Accessibility

• The boat is wheelchair and stroller accessible; however, Comino Island is not wheelchair or stroller friendly due to uneven and rugged terrain.

• Foldable wheelchairs and strollers can be stored on the bus or coach during the Gozo tour.

• Accessible restrooms are available on board the boat.

• Assistance by staff and crew is available on board, but not during land portions of the tour.

Additional information

• This is not a guided tour; exploration of Gozo and Comino is at your own leisure.

• The Gozo bus/coach tour is optional, not included in the ticket price, and must be booked and paid for in cash on the day of your trip (approx. €5 per person; subject to change).

• Optional speedboat trips to additional caves and the Crystal Lagoon are available for an extra fee, payable on site and subject to weather conditions.

• Boarding opens 90 minutes before departure and closes 20 minutes prior; late arrivals will not be refunded.

• The tour operates daily except Christmas Day and lasts approximately 7 hours.

• Onboard facilities include a sunbathing deck, water slide, free deck chairs and lockers (limited quantity, first-come, first-served), restrooms, and a cafeteria serving food and drinks (cash and card accepted).

• The experience is suitable for all ages but is not recommended for those prone to seasickness.

• Please adhere to all instructions from the crew and drivers to ensure a smooth experience and timely return transfers.

• Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning may not be available on all boats; amenities vary by vessel and season.
