Dress warmly and use good under-layers, socks, hats, and gloves; cold weather clothing (thermal overall, boots, gloves, helmet, balaclava) will be provided, but personal preparation is recommended.

If your accommodation is in Rovaniemi city centre, you must walk to the office at Rovakatu 24, 96200 Rovaniemi; no city centre pick-ups are available.

Hotel pick-ups for accommodations outside the city centre are available for an extra surcharge if 10 km or further from the centre; pick-up time will be confirmed by email and commences 10–60 minutes prior to the start time.
