What to bring

• Bring a valid ID or passport, as it may be requested for verification during the excursion.

• Carry some Czech koruna in cash, as smaller vendors and festival stalls in Český Krumlov may not accept cards.

• Wear sturdy, closed-toe footwear, as the cobblestone streets in Český Krumlov are uneven and can be slippery.

• Pack a warm layer or light jacket, as temperatures in South Bohemia are often cooler and breezier than in Prague.

• Bring a compact umbrella or lightweight raincoat, as brief rain showers can occur unexpectedly, especially in spring and autumn.

What’s not allowed

• Large suitcases or oversized luggage are not permitted on the tour vehicle; only small bags that fit easily on board are allowed.

• Drones are not allowed in Český Krumlov without special authorization, as the old town is a protected UNESCO heritage zone.

Accessibility

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible due to steep, narrow streets and uneven stone surfaces in the historic town.

Additional information

• Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before departure at the designated meeting point at Náměstí Republiky or Staroměstské náměstí, both easily reached by tram or metro.

• The journey between Prague and Český Krumlov takes approximately 2.5 hours each way, depending on road conditions.

• On June 19 and 20, entry to the historic center requires a Five-Petalled Rose Festival ticket (500 CZK, approx. €23), payable in cash to your guide before entering the Old Town.
