- Oversized bags and luggage may be restricted in certain areas due to safety concerns.
- Pets are prohibited; only certified service animals are allowed.
- Eating or drinking outside food and beverages within the park is forbidden.
- Professional photography equipment, such as tripods and flash units, cannot be used in exhibition areas.
You can re-enter only for the Valley of Witches section.

- The Grand Warehouse has a strict admission schedule - latecomers will not be admitted.
- Babies under 3 years old can enter free of charge but do not receive bus seating or meals.
- No special dietary options (such as allergy-friendly/gluten-free) are available for lunch.
- Following the park visit, a tour to an additional museum is included. The destination varies daily and may include the Aichi Museum of Flight, Toyota Automobile Museum, or Seto Kura Museum. Note: From June 2026, the Aichi Museum of Flight will be closed for renovation.
- Tours might be canceled if there are not enough bookings or due to park closures.
Some attractions require separate paid admission (including Howl's Castle and Dondoko Forest).
