• Bring swimwear or bathers and a towel (or hire on site for a fee).

• Thongs (flip flops) are recommended for walking around pools and wet areas.

• Dress code: Swimsuits are required in the Bath House bathing area; rash vests and boardshorts are acceptable.

• Bring a small day pack only, as there is no storage for large luggage, prams, or strollers.

• Bring spending money for food, beverages, or optional hire of robe, towel, and locker (all onsite payments are cashless and, where possible, contactless).

What’s not allowed

• Large bags, suitcases, prams, and strollers are not permitted on the coach or at the hot springs due to limited storage.

• Glass containers and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises and on board the coach.

• Smoking is not permitted on the coach or within the hot springs facility.

• Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

• Bathing in hot spring pools is not recommended during pregnancy or for people with heart conditions, hypertension, circulation disorders, or diabetes.

• Access to the Hill Top bathing area is restricted to adults only.

Accessibility

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible. Mobility scooters, wheelchairs, prams, and walking aids cannot be stored on the coach or at the hot springs.
