- Larger backpacks and pushchairs are banned from the State Apartments.

- In the summer of 2025, Windsor Castle will open for visitors on select Tuesdays: September 9th, 23rd, and December 23rd.
- Be aware that Windsor Castle closes early at 4:45pm on September 6th, 2025, with last entry between 3-3:30 pm.
- The castle will be entirely closed on the following dates in 2025: September 16th, 18th, and 30th.
- If you opt for train transfers, remember to change trains at Slough. You'll receive a complete information pack via email containing your train details and Windsor Castle ticket ten days prior to travel.
The specific departure point for the AC coach tour will be communicated after booking confirmation.
