Each passenger is entitled to one 20kg (44lbs) bag - this should be one piece of luggage, similar to an airline cabin bag - plus one small bag for personal items. Due to logistical reasons, you cannot pre-book a seat on the bus. But the 16-seat mini-coaches have huge windows, so you'll always get a good view.
