- The trails can be uneven and slippery; thus, wear comfortable shoes with non-slip thick soles for safety.

What's not allowed:
- No backpacks over 20 kg are permitted. They must be left in the cloak room near entrance areas.
Note that tripods and selfie sticks aren't allowed inside Machu Picchu to avoid disruptions.

- Machu Picchu has uneven terrain and steps, making it partially accessible for those with mobility impairments. Some pathways offer improved access.
The site is not suitable for travelers experiencing heart conditions or serious medical issues.
Additional information:
- Toddler infant seats are available upon request if needed during your visit.
- Moderate fitness levels are necessary due to uneven cobblestone paths, inclines, and steps.
- To prevent last-minute delays, arrive in Cusco at least one day before the tour. Remember that tickets cannot be modified once purchased.
- Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for those listed during booking.
- Hotel pickup is available within Cusco’s Historic Center only.
- Be ready in your hotel lobby or meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. The driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes.
- Your visit to Machu Picchu must be during the guided tour, as staying inside is strictly regulated.
