• Luggage or large bags are not allowed.

• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited during the tour.

• Strict dress code: Both men and women must wear clothing that covers their knees and shoulders.

• Wearing flip-flops into the monastery is a no-go.

• Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography is prohibited inside the basilica.
