Large bags or backpacks can't be taken inside the Complex, so plan accordingly. There are no cloakrooms available at this location. Flash photography, tripods, filming gear, food, and drinks aren’t allowed in the Cathedral area. Pets are not permitted unless they’re service animals. Children under 7 years old cannot go up the Dome or Bell Tower. Kids aged between 7-14 must be accompanied by an adult during their visit.

An accessible entrance is available on the right side of the Cathedral for guests with motor disabilities. However, climbing the dome isn't suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues.
