We recommend wearing rope tie shorts due to strong currents at Flow House Bangkok Surf Experience.

• A government photo ID is required for all riders before they can participate in a session.
• Participants must be taller than 107cm (42") to bodyboard and over 133cm (52") for standup riding on the FlowRider.
• Riders under 18 need their parent or legal guardian, with valid photo ID, present to sign an indemnity form.
• First-time visitors must complete a waiver before any session. Without this signed waiver, entry is denied and refunds will not be issued by Flow House Bangkok.
• The facility prohibits outside food and drinks.
• Sessions require at least 3 riders for one lane or 6 riders for two lanes; otherwise, you'll need to wait for the next available session.
• FlowRider is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with disabilities.
• Avoid participation if you've recently undergone surgery, are recovering from an illness, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or any aneurysms.
• The check-in process takes 15 minutes; arrive early to ensure timely entry.
• Arriving late might mean your session is taken by another rider. However, you can join the next available session on the same day if spots are open.

Please note that Flow House Bangkok currently has only one lane operational due to maintenance issues, accommodating a maximum of 6 players at once.
