What to bring

• Bring your passport, which must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.

• Bring a printed or digital copy of your booking confirmation and boarding pass.

• Ensure you have completed the Indonesia Arrival Card online or via the "All Indonesia" app at least 3 days before departure.

What’s not allowed

• Insurance is not included; please arrange your own travel insurance if required.

• Pets are not permitted on board.

• Dangerous goods, flammable items, and prohibited substances are not allowed on the ferry.

Accessibility

• This experience may not be fully accessible for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Please check with the operator in advance for specific accessibility arrangements.

Additional information

• Seat reservations must be made at the Majestic Fast Ferry counter upon redemption of your boarding pass at least one hour before departure; seats are subject to availability and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• During peak periods, reservations can be made via email or phone, but must still be confirmed at the counter up to one hour before departure.

• Departure times and ferry frequency may vary; check the official website for the latest schedule.

• Majestic Fast Ferry counters are located at Harbourfront Centre and Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal in Singapore.

• Visa requirements and immigration processes may vary depending on your nationality and residency status; some travelers may use the auto gate, while others must use manual counters.

• All visitors must complete the Indonesia Arrival Card online or via the "All Indonesia" app at least 3 days before departure.

• A welcome drink, terminal fees, and taxes are included in your ticket.

• Group size per booking is a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 20 passengers.
