• Please meet the representative with a blue and white umbrella in front of the main entrance to St. Vitus Cathedral, who will exchange your voucher for a ticket to the Prague Castle interiors.

• A working internet connection is essential for the online audio guide to work properly.

• Meet the representative at the corner of the Prague Castle complex's III courtyard next to the St. Vitus Cathedral. Look out for an open blue and white umbrella. It is strongly advised to enter the Prague Castle complex from the side entrance of the Pražský Hrad tram station.

• If you have opted for the mobile guide, you will also receive an introduction to the guide functionality, along with an orientation map.

• Note: Your ticket is valid for 2 days (from the day you receive it) and allows you one-time entry to each attraction from circuit B.
