Park Rules
You are not allowed to bring outside food or beverages into the park. Large luggage is also prohibited inside. Drones cannot be flown at this venue, and pets aren't permitted either. Additionally, smoking must occur only in designated areas.
Accessibility Features
The experience is accessible for those using wheelchairs and prams/strollers. However, the T Express ride isn't suitable for visitors who are pregnant, elderly, or have conditions such as cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, or recent neck/spinal surgery. Service animals are welcome.
Important Details
Your ticket is valid only on a selected date and allows single entry. It's essential to carry a Valid ID at all times. Use the QR code for direct access into the park. Foreign visitors may need their passport or visa details upon entry. For convenience, download the Everland app which provides maps and Smart Queue features. Note that guests must be between 130cm and 195cm tall to ride the T Express.
