- To begin, download the latest version of the Rail Planner app and load your Eurail Mobile Flex Pass into it. Navigate to My Pass section, select ‘Add your Pass,’ and input both your surname and pass number (found on the confirmation email).
- Proceed by creating a new trip in the app, giving it an identifiable name.
- Activate your Eurail Mobile Flex Pass using your passport or ID number. Choose the date of travel that marks the start of pass usage.
- If you're unsure about specific dates, activation can be deferred until just before your journey begins.
- Search for routes and schedules within the app to add them to “My Trip.” Present this information to ticket inspectors on travel days.
- This pass remains valid up to 11 months from its purchase date, allowing ample time to plan your adventures.
