Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that can handle a lot of walking. A small waist bag is best for carrying your things, since most rides don’t allow backpacks. Don't forget sunscreen and stay hydrated with plenty of water, especially on hot days to avoid sunburn or exhaustion. If you're heading to the Water Park, bring swimwear, towels, flip-flops, and waterproof bags for convenience. It's a good idea to have some Polish Złoty (PLN) ready in case vending machines or kiosks don’t accept cards. A portable charger will keep your phone and other devices charged so you can take photos, use maps, and access digital tickets.

Electronic devices like phones and cameras are not allowed on rides unless the attraction specifically permits them. Store all personal items in designated lockers before riding—unattended belongings might be taken away for safety reasons. Drones, balloons, hang gliders, paragliders, or any unmanned flying devices aren’t permitted anywhere inside the park. Only trained service dogs are welcome with guests who have disabilities; regular pets can't enter. Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, and similar wheeled items cannot be used on park grounds.

The entire park is fully wheelchair accessible, featuring wide walkways, ramps, and parking spaces near the entrance for convenience. While some attractions may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues, there are many gentle rides available like Mayan, Mamma Mia, and Bumper Cars along with shows that cater to all ages. For help finding which rides work best for you, visit the Disability Service Desk at the main entrance. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms can be found throughout the park including in restaurants and other key areas. Guests who present a valid disability card or medical proof may qualify for discounted admission.

Try to arrive before 9:30am so you have more time to enjoy everything. Head straight to Zadra first while lines are still short. If available, use the Magic Gate entrance to reach The Dragon Zone faster and ride more without walking far. Download the Energylandia app for live wait times that help plan your day better. Check each attraction’s height and age requirements before queuing—some rides have specific safety limits posted at their entrances. You’ll need to be between 140 cm and 195 cm tall to ride Hyperion, but there's no official weight limit. However, guests with larger builds or a hip measurement over 115 cm might find some attractions like Zadra difficult to fit into.Some areas such as Aqualantis in the Water Park and rides like Abyssus may close temporarily during events like Winter Kingdom for maintenance or safety reasons. The busiest time at dining spots is usually between midday and early afternoon, so plan your meals before or after this period if possible. Get a park map when you arrive to help find your favorite attractions more easily. Locker rental costs about 14 PLN per day—use them to store items during rides that require it. There are plenty of dining options inside the park including Taverna Zator for seafood and Pierogarnia for traditional Polish dumplings.
