Safety measures mean that Zoo Zip and Big Climb activities have height restrictions: under 1.4m (4.59ft) for guests, while Junior Climb is designated for those between 110 cm to 135 cm tall.

The venue offers accessibility features suitable for wheelchair users as well as pram/stroller access.

• Participation in animal-related activities depends on the animals' health and physical condition, so availability may vary.
• If you've chosen an explorer ticket, review the zoo's activity schedule before your visit to plan accordingly.
• The Driving Adventure is limited to children aged 6-12 years old with a maximum of two laps permitted per day for each child.
