Prohibited items and behaviors

Dubai Garden Glow

• No outside food or beverages allowed within the premises.
• Glassware and alcohol are strictly forbidden.
• Cars, balls, scooties, bicycles, and hoverboards cannot be brought onto the site.

Pets are not permitted due to venue policies.

AYA Universe

• No outside food or drinks allowed (sealed water is an exception).
• Avoid using flash photography to maintain the atmosphere.

Smoking is only permissible in designated areas.

Dubai Frame

• Pets are not permitted on-site.
• No outside food or drinks allowed within the premises.
• Avoid leaning, climbing on railings; children should never be placed on railings.
• Do not bring toys or sharp objects into the area.

Larger bags and strollers must be stored at the entrance counter (Gate 4).

Dubai Dolphinarium Dolphin & Seal Show

• No outside food or drinks allowed inside the arena.
• Pets, sharp objects, and large luggage are prohibited.
• Refrain from disruptive noise or behavior during performances.

Flash photography may be restricted at certain times to ensure animal safety.

Accessibility features

Dubai Garden Glow

• The venue is accessible for wheelchairs and prams/strollers.

Differently-abled guests are granted free entry.

AYA Universe

This park welcomes strollers and wheelchairs; services include rentals, changing rooms, restrooms, and a prayer room.

Dubai Frame

The site offers free wheelchair assistance upon request, Braille signage for the visually impaired, as well as restroom facilities, snack kiosks, and souvenir shops.

Dubai Dolphinarium Dolphin & Seal Show

• Wheelchair access is available with ramps and designated seating areas.
• Strollers are permitted but may need to be parked in specific zones during the show.

Families can use washrooms and other facilities within the building.

Additional information

Dubai Garden Glow

• Prior approval from management is required for professional shoots, including engagements, weddings, modeling, TV ads, or any events.
• The park has authority to remove visitors posing risks to the property or engaging in misconduct.
• Visitors are responsible for damages caused by negligence or non-compliance with instructions.
• Dubai Garden Glow may alter operating hours and temporarily close attractions without prior notice or compensation, if necessary for safety or maintenance.

The venue has moved to Zabeel Park at Gate 3, Area A (adjacent to Dubai Frame) and operates daily from 10am to 9pm. The original Glow Park experience is no longer available; only Fantasy Park and Dinosaur Park are open currently.

Dubai Frame

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Dubai Dolphinarium Dolphin & Seal Show

• Toddlers below two years old are admitted free but should sit on a parent's lap.
• Seating is allocated based on arrival order (first-come, first-served).
• Creek Park imposes an entry fee of AED 5 per person in addition to the show ticket cost.
• The show runs for approximately 45 minutes; visitors should allocate 1.5–2 hours total including transit time.

Swim-with-dolphins or meet-and-greet activities require separate reservations and adhere to age/safety guidelines.
