For the Meet & Greet experience, participants need to be above 5 years old; children between 5 and 12 require an accompanying paying adult. The Majestic Deep Swim is available for those over 8 years of age, with children aged 8 to 12 also needing a paying adult companion.
Access from the main gate (street gate) is not permitted.
