What to bring

For entry into BAPS Mandir, a valid government-issued photo ID such as an Emirates ID or passport must be presented. You'll need either a printed or mobile voucher for admission. Since the tour involves considerable walking, ensure you have comfortable shoes.

What’s not allowed

During Ramadan's daylight hours, eating, drinking, and smoking in public spaces are restricted. These activities are also strictly prohibited inside vehicles during transfers. Visitors to the Grand Mosque may be denied entry if they do not adhere to moderate dressing guidelines. For security reasons, large bags and luggage might not be permitted within certain attractions.

Accessibility

This experience is suitable for all ages, including infants. However, it's important to note that due to its length and physical demands involving extensive walking, the tour may not accommodate guests with limited mobility.

Additional information

On request, pick-up from areas outside centrally located Dubai hotels/residences can be arranged but might incur an additional charge. Transfer timings could vary by 15–60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and your location. While a lunch break is included at Marina Mall, the cost of meals isn't covered in the tour price. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation voucher via email. Tours commence at 9:30am daily, with free cancellations available up to 24 hours before departure.
