What’s not allowed

  • Pets aren’t allowed. So your furry friends will have to sit this one out.

  • Please don’t touch the animals. It’s for their safety and yours.

  • Feeding them is a no-go since they’re on a carefully managed diet to keep them healthy.

  • Try to keep things calm: no yelling, teasing, or sudden loud noises.

  • Avoid tapping on the glass or banging on enclosures as it can really stress the animals out.

  • Tossing objects into the habitats? Also a big no. It could harm the animals or disturb their space.

  • Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere in the Gator Park.

  • Always stay behind fences and barriers, they’re there to keep everyone safe, both visitors and animals alike.

Accessibility

  • Getting around is pretty straightforward. There’s a wheelchair-accessible ramp just behind the gift shop that leads to the airboat area.

  • That said, there are a few steps down to the boat, so if you’re using a wheelchair, you might need a helping hand to get on board.

  • Inside the Gator Park, you’ll find compacted shell and concrete paths, and everything’s on ground level, so it’s easy to roll around and enjoy the exhibits.

Additional information

  • Kids under 16 years must have an adult with them at all times while exploring the Gator Park.

  • You can hand-feed the giraffes at the on-site feeding platform for just $5 per person. You can pay for this experience on the spot.
