Getting Started

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an e-ticket via email—just scan it on your phone at the entrance for entry. Arrive early to allow time for a routine security check at the gate. If you've selected optional add-ons like Early Park Entry or Premier Access, follow the instructions in your confirmation email for where and when to activate those benefits.

What to bring

• Have your ID ready for a seamless experience.

• Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and an umbrella to beat the heat.

What’s not allowed

• Keep in mind that selfie sticks, weapons, alcohol, wheeled luggage of any size, stroller wagons, wagons, carts or other wheeled carriers, folding chairs, skateboards, scooters, inline skates, shoes with built-in wheels, drones, remote-controlled flying devices, kites, flags, banners and stools are prohibited inside the venue.

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

• Clothes representative of an actual Disney character, obscene language, torn clothing, or clothing exposing excessive portions of the skin are not allowed inside the venue.

Accessibility

• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

• Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

• For your safety, some attractions at Hong Kong Disneyland Park require that Guests be a specific height or taller.

• Guests below 16 years must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older.

Disney Premier Access

• The Disney Premier Access 3-attraction lets you pick any 3 of these 5 attractions for priority access: Big Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Cars, Ant-Man and The Wasp: Nano Battle!, Mystic Manor, Iron Man Experience, and It's a Small World.

• The Disney Premier Access 8-attractions gives you priority access to all of these 8 attractions: Big Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Cars, Ant-Man and The Wasp: Nano Battle!, Mystic Manor, Iron Man Experience, It's a Small World, Frozen Ever After, Hyperspace Mountain, and Mickey's PhilharMagic.

• The rides listed are for reference only. If there are any changes, please follow the park’s latest announcements and arrangements on the day, as no further notice will be given.

• If a selected attraction is closed on the pass’s validity date, the pass may be used once for priority entry to one alternative attraction designated by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited, subject to availability.

• The ticket that guests buy is directly usable at the venue. If you want to reschedule your date, you can use the Disneyland app.
