- Terms & Conditions - • Tickets that have been purchased or confirmed bookings cannot be returned or exchanged.• Customers are suggested to print and bring a booking voucher when exchanging a voucher for the original ticket.• Customers are advised to bring the ID card used at the time of purchase. Make sure the name on the ID card matches the customer’s name on the ticket.• Please bring a Letter of Attorney with a stamp of Rp10,000 if exchanging your e-ticket is represented by someone else.• It is recommended to print out the entire Traveloka voucher's PDF file. If you have purchased multiple tickets, be sure to print each page.• Traveloka voucher is not valid as an entry ticket. You must exchange your Traveloka voucher for a wristband before entering the event venue.• Each ticket corresponds to one person.• Each ticket holder is prohibited from publishing the barcode section on your ticket.• Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or canceled.• Tickets are only valid if the purchase is made in accordance with the procedures determined by the electronic/online transaction service provider as stated on the official promoter website or official ticket sales place determined by the promoter/event organizer. Otherwise, you will not be able to verify whether the e-ticket you have is valid or not.• Official identification (with photo) that is considered valid is a Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) for Indonesian Citizens, a Driver's License, Passport, and an Identity Card from the Country of Origin for Foreign Citizens.• This event is suitable for all ages.• Children below 2 years old are not required to purchase a ticket.• All children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years and above.• Please arrive at the venue 60 minutes before the show.• The event organizer has the right to deny entry or ticket exchange to customers if the barcode on the ticket is known to have been used previously by other visitors.• If the event is canceled, the tickets will be refunded in accordance with the provisions of the promoter. The cost of the convenience fee (charged to customers for all payment methods) will not be refunded.• The organizer reserves the right to prohibit ticket holders from entering the venue if they do not have a valid ticket.• The organizer is entitled to remove the audience from the venue if it is deemed necessary for safety, for the convenience of other audiences, and to ensure the integrity of the event.• Any attempt to enter the venue without a valid ticket or valid credentials will result in immediate removal from the event venue. In certain cases, the event organizer will contact the police and press charges against the violators.• The event operators, organizers, promoters, and artists cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged possessions or accidents resulting in injury occurring anywhere in the venue during the event regardless of fault or reason.• It is not recommended to bring any luggage (such as a backpack, travel luggage, briefcase, etc.). There will be no lockers at the venue.• The event organizer has the right at any time to change the layout and placement of visitors at the event location.• The event organizer has the right to deny entry to any visitor who is indicated to be in a state of intoxication or clearly under the influence of illegal drugs. Anyone found carrying unlawful items will be reported to the police, prohibited from entering the event location, and tickets will not be refunded.• The organizer will not use or disclose customers' personal information collected at the time of ticket purchase without consent.• Guests who leave or are removed from the venue for any reasons will not be allowed to re-enter the event.
