• Each stateroom must include at least one passenger aged 18 or older.
• A guest of at least 18 years old is required to accompany children under the age of 18 in their cabin.
• All passports should be valid for a minimum of six months from the end date of your cruise.
• Infants and children must count towards the total number of passengers on board.
• Guests need to be more than 6 months old at the time of sailing.
• Pregnant women who will enter their 24th week of pregnancy by or during the cruise are not allowed for safety reasons.
• If you book over 90 days before your sail date, expect a Disney reservation number at least 60 days prior to departure.
• For bookings made within 90 days of sailing, guests will receive their reservation code no later than 30 days beforehand.
• If the booking is less than 30 days before your cruise date, you'll get a Disney reservation number at least five days prior to departure.
• Manage and view your booking using the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or website after obtaining your reservation code.
• To facilitate changes, link your booking with your Disney account and reach out to customer support if needed.
• New cruisers should check in 30 days before sailing on Disney’s site and select their Port Arrival time. Access to the terminal is restricted until this designated arrival time.
• Returning guests can verify when they may begin checking in by reviewing their Disney Castaway Club membership status.
• To plan a special celebration, log into My Reservations on Disney’s official site, select ‘Special Requests’, and complete the form. Ensure requests are submitted at least 48 hours before departure.
