- Each stateroom must include at least one occupant aged 18 or older.
- A guest who is at least 18 years old must accompany children under the age of 18 in their cabin.
All passports need to remain valid for a minimum of six months beyond your cruise's end date.
- Infants and kids should be counted among passengers.
- Guests must have reached the age of 6 months by sailing day.
Pregnant women who are in their 24th week as of embarkation or will reach this stage during the cruise may not board due to safety reasons.
- For bookings over 90 days before the date, a Disney reservation number is provided at least 60 days prior. For those under 90 days but more than 30 days in advance, it's issued no later than 30 days beforehand. If booked less than 30 days ahead, you will receive your reservation code a minimum of five days prior.
Manage and view bookings using the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or website after obtaining your reservation code.
- To link your booking with your Disney account for smooth access, reach out to customer support if changes are needed.
Please check in 30 days before sailing on a first-time cruise via the Disney Cruise Line’s site and choose your Port Arrival time. Note that terminal entry is restricted until after this specified arrival time.
- Returning guests should verify their Disney Castaway Club membership status to determine when they can start checking in.
To organize a special event, log into My Reservations on the official Disney Cruise website. Select ‘Special Requests’ and complete the form no later than 48 hours before departure.
