- Each stateroom must include at least one occupant aged 18 or older.
- Guests under 18 years old need to be accompanied by someone who is at least 18 in the same cabin.
- All passengers' passports should remain valid for a minimum of six months beyond the cruise end date.
- The number of infants and children must be counted within the total passenger count.
- Guests need to be over 6 months old on their sailing day.
Pregnant women who are in or will reach their 24th week by embarkation date may not board due to safety issues.
Reservation Details
- If booking is made over 90 days before the cruise, a Disney reservation number is provided at least 60 days prior.
- A reservation code will be issued no later than 30 days in advance if booked within 90 days of departure.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the cruise, a Disney reservation number is given at least five days prior.
Booking Management and Check-In Process
- The Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or website allows you to view and manage your booking after receiving your reservation code. Linking it with a Disney account facilitates easy access, while customer support can assist with changes.
- Begin the check-in process 30 days before sailing for first-time cruisers on the Disney Cruise Line’s website by selecting a Port Arrival time; terminal entry is restricted until this time.
Repeat guests should verify their Castaway Club membership status to determine when they can start checking in.
