- Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time. If you're late after the platform is lifted, no refunds will be issued if your seat is canceled automatically due to non-arrival.
- Infants under 5 years old are not allowed; children aged between 14 and must either have an adult companion or meet a height requirement of at least 110 cm. Children below this age cannot join without meeting these conditions.
- The weight limit for participants is capped at 150 kg.
- Groups can consist of up to 22 people maximum.
Be aware that the temperature may drop and winds might increase when you're at a height of 50 meters. Once lifted, attire or shoe changes are not accommodated without lowering the platform again.
