[Regarding admission tickets]• Each admission ticket is valid for one person only.• Junior high school students and above are required to purchase tickets. (Children under elementary school age may enter for free, but must be accompanied by a guardian.)• Please be aware that advance event tickets are "discount tickets for advance purchasers" and are not "priority admission tickets."• In the event that your admission ticket is lost or stolen, we will not be able to reissue it. If you lose your ticket, please purchase it again. (Please understand that if both advance tickets and same-day tickets are no longer on sale, they cannot be repurchased.)• When purchasing tickets on the day, payment must be made by credit card. (If the event is canceled, we will notify you on the official website and various social media by 7:00 AM on the day of the event.) └Ticket refunds will only be given if the organizers decide to cancel the event. └You will need your ticket to receive a refund. Please keep your ticket safe until your refund is complete.• In cases other than those mentioned above, tickets cannot be refunded after purchase. └Changes and cancellations of performing artists• If the decision is made to cancel the event after it has begun, refunds will not be available. [Admission rules]• When you enter the event, you will be given a wristband in exchange for your ticket. The wristband you exchange will serve as proof of your admission, so please do not lose it.• Bringing tents, tarps, bottles, dangerous items (fireworks, firecrackers, etc.), tripods, selfie sticks, and laser pointers into the venue is prohibited. Any other items that are deemed to be a nuisance to customers will be confiscated.• If we find any behavior that damages the grass or natural plants within the venue, or that causes a nuisance to local residents, you will be asked to leave the venue and no refunds will be given in such cases.• Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Please smoke in the designated areas.• The organizers, venue, and artists will not be held responsible for any accidents or theft that occur inside or outside the venue.
