If swimming or snorkeling, pack a swimsuit, towel, and reef-safe sunscreen.

Accessibility Considerations

• This experience may not be suitable for guests in wheelchairs or with significant mobility limitations due to steps and uneven surfaces during boarding.

Please contact us or the operator beforehand if you have reduced mobility, so we can confirm whether boarding and seating arrangements will accommodate your needs.

What’s Not Allowed

• Outside food and drinks are typically not allowed onboard since snacks, lunch, and beverages are provided.
• Smoking and vaping on the vessel is prohibited.
• Pets aren't permitted unless they're registered service animals in compliance with local regulations.
• Owing to limited storage space, large suitcases, bulky luggage, and oversized bags cannot be taken aboard.

For safety reasons, guests who are visibly intoxicated may not board without a refund.

Additional Information

• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure time for check-in and boarding. Late arrivals might be unable to join the cruise.
• An accompanying adult must supervise children throughout the experience, with infants possibly required to sit on an adult’s lap while in motion.
• The cruise operates under various weather conditions; however, routes may change or trips rescheduled/cancelled due to rough seas or severe weather. You will be informed of your options if this occurs.
• While whale and dolphin sightings are common, they cannot always be guaranteed as the animals roam freely in their natural habitat.
• If offered, basic snorkeling equipment is shared based on availability; you can bring personal gear like a mask or snorkel if preferred.

Consider taking motion sickness medication or remedies before boarding and adhere to your doctor’s advice if prone to seasickness.
