What's not allowed

• Keep in mind touching objects, running inside the monument, smoking, eating, drinking, hats, caps, tripod, large items and baggage are not allowed on this experience.

• Keep your camera tucked away – photography is strictly not allowed at the venue.

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

• Strict dress code: Please note that the shoulders must be covered all the time as the mosque-cathedral is a religious space and shorts and tank tops are not allowed.

Accessibility

• This experience is wheelchair accessible except the bell tower.

• Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

• Your safety comes first. So, guests with mobility issues, vertigo, anemia, dizzy spells, claustrophobia, cardiac issues, breathing issues, children below 7 years, and pregnant women are restricted from accessing the bell tower as it requires climbing a narrow staircase with relatively tall steps.
