To ensure your visit goes smoothly, remember these essentials: Always carry a valid ID or passport for ticket validation. Please adhere to the strict dress code at the Mosque-Cathedral; shoulders and knees must be covered as this is a religious space where shorts and tank tops are not permitted.
Pets aren't allowed on this tour, with the exception of guide dogs. Additionally, tripods, selfie sticks, and flash photography are prohibited across all venues. Smoking, drinking, and carrying large bags or luggage are also restricted during your experience.
Accessibility
- The Alcázar of the Christian Monarchs is not accessible to wheelchair users.
A few more details: Accessing the Bell Tower requires a separate ticket, as it's not included in this one. The group must enter and exit the Mosque-Cathedral together with their guide. Please note that between July 2 and September 12, the interior of the Alcázar of the Christian Kings is closed for renovations; however, your ticket includes access to its gardens and Caliphal Baths.
