- Free admission is available on European Heritage Days during the third weekend of September and every first Sunday in November, January, February, and March.
- Entry for those under 18 years old is free. EU nationals or non-EU residents aged between 18 and 25 can also enter for free with an ID.
Free entry applies to disabled visitors accompanied by an adult, jobseekers (with a certificate less than six months old), and valid education pass holders.

Additional Visitor Information
- Luggage is not permitted inside the monument.
- A security perimeter will be established around Île de la Cité from September 8th onwards. Access during weekdays (Monday to Friday) will only occur via Place Lépine, where police conduct an initial check. Visitors must present their entrance tickets at this point. A dedicated line is available for those visiting the Sainte-Chapelle and/or Conciergerie. The Cité metro station remains operational.
Access on weekends, public holidays, Christmas holidays, and some Mondays without audiences will be through usual entry points.
