Begin at the designated entrance for teamLab Planets, where staff will validate your ticket and guide you inside. After your visit, head to your selected observation deck—TOKYO SKYTREE or Tokyo Tower. Follow security procedures before ascending to the viewing platform.

What to expect

teamLab Planets

teamLab Planets is an interactive digital art museum where art, nature, and technology merge across six immersive zones. You’ll explore barefoot through mirrored spaces, floating flower gardens, and water-filled rooms that respond to your movement in real time.

Features:

• Interactive Installations: Walk through glowing orbs, digital koi ponds, and mirrored rooms that shift as you move.

• Multi-Sensory Zones: Explore four indoor zones and two outdoor garden areas, including the Forest and Flower Gardens.

Observation Deck (based on your selected option)

Choose between the futuristic TOKYO SKYTREE or the classic Tokyo Tower for a high-rise view of Tokyo’s skyline, with each offering a distinct experience:

TOKYO SKYTREE

• Tembo Deck (350m): See Tokyo from above with panoramic views and glass panels perfect for photos.

• Tembo Galleria (450m): Upgrade to access the spiraling glass skywalk at the very top of the tower.

Tokyo Tower

• Main Deck (150m): Enjoy retro charm and central views from one of Tokyo’s most iconic landmarks.

What to bring

teamLab Planets

• Wear pants to avoid reflections on mirrored floors. Skirts and wide-legged clothing are not recommended.

• Clothes may get wet. Bring a change of clothes or wear quick-dry clothing, especially for children.

What’s not allowed

teamLab Planets

• Large bags, food and beverages, and sharp objects are not permitted inside the exhibition.

• Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited within the venue.

• Pets, including guide dogs, are not allowed.

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.

TOKYO SKYTREE

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

• Keep in mind drones are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Tokyo Tower

• Pets (except service dogs) cannot tag along on this experience.

• Re-entry is not allowed.

Accessibility

teamLab Planets

• Strollers must be left in the designated area before entering. Baby carriers are permitted inside the exhibition.

• Guests with wheelchairs will be requested to transfer to the venue's available wheelchairs once inside. The number of available wheelchairs is limited. These wheelchairs are standard models without fastening devices.

• This experience is not recommended for visitors with light sensitivity, back issues, or cardiac conditions. Some areas of the venue are not accessible to pregnant women.

TOKYO SKYTREE

• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

• Wheelchairs can be borrowed on-site, but are subject to availability.

• Your guide dogs and service dogs are welcome at the venue.

Tokyo Tower

• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

• Accessible restrooms are available on the 2nd floor of the Tokyo Tower Main Deck.

• Some areas require you to go barefoot. Please remove your shoes before entering.

• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Staff may ask guests to leave if they stay too long during busy periods.

• Facilities: Free lockers for small items & 1-hour free weekday parking are included.

• Please arrive at the venue's entrance at the designated date and time printed on your ticket and line up in the admission queue.

• The time printed on your ticket is your entry time, not the duration of your stay inside the museum.

TOKYO SKYTREE

• Visitors must pass through a baggage check and metal detector on entering the building.

• Same-day admission tickets must be reserved at least 30 minutes in advance.

• Lockers are available at a fee.

Tokyo Tower

• This experience can be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date.
