Your canal cruise ticket is open without a pre-set timeslot; redeem it at one of these Gray Line Amsterdam/Blue Boat Company offices to get assigned a slot and board any available boat from:- Dock 1: Opposite Hard Rock Cafe (Stadhouderskade 501), accessible via tram lines 1, 2, 5, 11, or 12 stopping at Leidseplein. It's just a 2-minute walk.- Dock 2: Opposite Heineken Experience (Stadhouderskade 550), reachable by trams 2, 5, or 12 to Rijksmuseum (a 5-min walk) or Metro 52 stopping at Vijzelgracht (a 2-min walk).Heineken Experience:- Alcoholic beverages are part of the experience but subject to age restrictions and local laws. Valid ID is required, with a reminder to drink responsibly.- No alcoholic drinks for guests under 18 due to safety considerations.- Facilities include lockers, cloakroom, and restrooms.Amsterdam Canal Cruise:Most boats feature fully closable roofs and central heating, ensuring warmth even in cold weather.
