- The Heineken Experience ticket comes with a fixed timeslot chosen at booking. You must enter the museum exactly then, scanning your voucher first. The canal cruise has an open ticket without pre-allocated slots; redeem it inside one of the Gray Line Amsterdam/Blue Boat Company offices to get assigned a time. After redemption, board any available boat from these docks:
- Dock 1: Opposite Hard Rock Cafe (Stadhouderskade 501). Catch tram lines 1, 2, 5, 11, or 12 at Leidseplein; it's a short 2-min walk to the dock.
Dock 2: Opposite Heineken Experience (Stadhouderskade 550). Take trams 2, 5, or 12 and stop at Rijksmuseum (a quick 5-min stroll) or Metro 52 stopping at Vijzelgracht (just a 2-min walk).

- This tour includes alcoholic drinks; availability is subject to age restrictions and local laws. Valid ID required for responsible drinking.
- No alcohol served to guests under the age of 18 years, due to safety reasons.
