Policies on Prohibited Items

• Genting SkyWorlds does not permit outside food and beverages, recreational items like scooters or skateboards, large suitcases or wheeled baggage, weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles, and dangerous drugs.
• Due to venue restrictions, pets are not allowed on this experience.

Handheld cameras, selfie sticks, and any poles used for selfies are prohibited inside the venue.

Accessibility Features

Genting Skytropolis:

• This attraction is wheelchair accessible as well as accommodating prams/strollers.

You can obtain a stroller or wheelchair from the Customer Service counter at SkyAvenue, Level 1. Note that additional fees apply for these services.

Genting SkyWorlds:

• This experience is accessible by wheelchairs and pram/strollers as well.

Allowed are only manual wheelchairs, electronically powered mobility devices with a minimum of three wheels that travel at speeds under 16km/h, and strollers not exceeding the dimensions of 92cm x 132cm.

A paying adult must accompany children under the age of 18 years old.

Genting SkyWorlds:

• Remember, Genting SkyWorlds is closed every Tuesday.
