• Suitcases, large bags, strollers, and motorcycle helmets are not allowed.

• Smoking, drinking, and eating inside is strictly prohibited.

• Photography is allowed without the use of tripods or bulky equipment.

• Pets are not allowed except for service animals.

Seine River Cruise

• All boats on the Seine River Cruise are non-smoking. However, some of the boats are equipped with an outdoor terrace where it is possible to smoke.

• The Catacombs are not accessible to wheelchair users or those with limited mobility due to numerous stairs (130 steps to enter, 112 steps to exit) and uneven surfaces.

• The experience is not recommended for visitors with heart or respiratory conditions, or for those who may be uncomfortable in confined spaces.

Seine River Cruise

• This experience is wheelchair accessible.

• Guests with larger bags will not be allowed to enter due to a lack of storage facilities.

• Toilets are only available on board the boats. No sanitary facilities are accessible on the pontoons.
