- You must visit the Sky Views Observatory on your booking day, at any time. However, for Burj Khalifa At The Top attraction, adhere to your scheduled slot.
- Pick up physical tickets from the At the Top ticket counter before entering either of these attractions.
As the Sky Views Observatory closes at 9 PM, guests with a 9 PM time slot for Burj Khalifa should visit earlier in the day.
Burj Khalifa At The Top SKY (Level 148)
- The attraction offers Free Wi-Fi, Wheelchair Accessibility, Pram/Stroller Accessibility, Parking, and a Luggage Room.
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.
- A queue may form for observation deck exhibits.
- The outdoor terrace might close due to bad weather conditions.
Please note that desserts served could contain nuts, nut oils, eggs, and/or dairy products.
Sky Views Observatory
- Facilities include a Luggage Room, Wheelchair Accessibility, and Pram/Stroller Accessibility.
- A passport or Emirates ID is mandatory for entry.
- Please inform Sky Views staff about any pre-existing health conditions such as neck weakness, back issues, broken bones, heart problems, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or pregnancy.
- Weather may affect your experience at the observatory.
The slide will be chargeable at AED 25 per ride at level 53. Tickets purchased before April 1, 2024, include this feature.
Restrictions
Burj Khalifa At The Top SKY (Level 148)
- Luggage larger than a handbag must be stored in the Secure Baggage Area near the entrance. Handbags and small accessories are permitted.
- The following items aren't allowed: Food & drinks, magic markers, spray paint, aerosol cans, glass bottles, knives, fireworks/explosives, firearms/ammunition, chemical weapons, mace/pepper spray, multi-tools, skate shoes or any footwear with wheels.
- Working service animals are not permitted on the tour.
Guests must enter at their booked time slot only; no alternative timings will be accepted.
Sky Views Observatory
- This experience is restricted for guests weighing less than 30kg or more than 150, shorter than 120cm, or taller than 200cm.
- Strict Dress Code: Wear modest and comfortable clothing with closed-toed shoes. Avoid skirts, dresses, high heels, flip flops, or loose footwear.
- Avoid entering under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any substances impairing judgment (e.g., certain medicines).
Guests must be free from severe physical or mental disorders that could hinder completing ride tasks.
