Guests are free to visit the Sky Views Observatory at any time on their booking day. However, they must attend the At the Top attraction according to their scheduled slot. Physical tickets for both attractions should be collected from the ticket counter before entry. Note that the Sky Views Observatory closes at 9 PM; thus, guests with a 9 PM At the Top appointment are advised to visit earlier.Burj Khalifa At The Top SKY (Level 148)
The facility offers free Wi-Fi and is accessible for wheelchairs and prams/strollers. Parking and luggage storage services are available too. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and there might be a queue for the observation deck exhibits. Keep in mind that outdoor terraces may close due to bad weather, and desserts could contain nuts, nut oils, eggs, or dairy.Sky Views Observatory
Guests will find luggage storage facilities here as well, along with wheelchair and pram/stroller access. It's mandatory for visitors to carry a passport or Emirates ID. Any pre-existing health conditions like neck weakness, back issues, broken bones, heart problems, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or pregnancy should be communicated to the staff beforehand. Weather can affect your experience here. Large luggage pieces are not permitted inside but can be checked at the Secure Baggage Area near the entrance. Small items like handbags and cameras are allowed. Prohibited on this tour: food & drinks, magic markers, spray paint, aerosol cans, glass bottles, knives, fireworks/explosives, firearms/ammunition, chemical weapons, mace/pepper spray, multi-tools, skate shoes or any footwear with wheels. This experience is not suitable for individuals weighing less than 30kg or more than 150kg; those shorter than 120cm or taller than 200cm are also restricted.
