Burj Khalifa At The Top: Large luggage pieces are prohibited at this venue. Please drop them off at the Secure Baggage Area located on the ground floor entrance.

• Foods and drinks aren’t permitted during your visit.

Sky Views Observatory:

• There are specific height (minimum 135 cm, maximum 200 cm) and weight restrictions (minimum 30 kg, maximum 120 kg).
• Please inform the Sky Views staff of any disabilities that might impede you from completing tasks during your visit.
• Guests should not be under the influence of substances impairing judgment or have severe physical/mental disorders preventing task completion. Existing injuries needing immediate attention are also a concern.
• This experience is off-limits for pregnant guests.

Burj Khalifa At The Top:

• Your entry to Burj Khalifa is confined to your booked time slot. A valid ID (physical or digital) must be presented at the entrance.
• We suggest checking weather forecasts in advance for unobstructed views.
• Children under 13 require adult supervision throughout their visit.
• The facility offers free Wi-Fi access.
• You may enter during your chosen time slot and stay as long as desired, with an average of 40 minutes spent at the observatory. The best views are typically between 6:30 pm and 7 pm when vivid orange skies provide stunning vistas from above.

Sky Views Observatory:

• The Edge walk experience lasts for about 20 minutes.
• Passports or Emirates IDs must be carried by all visitors.
• You can bring handbags, cameras, and small accessories inside.
• To catch the sunset between 3 pm and 7 pm during peak seasons, booking an entry time approximately 90 mins in advance is recommended.
• Please arrive at least 20 to 30 minutes before your scheduled visit.
• Inform Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions that could affect participation. These include physical limitations or medical issues such as neck/back weakness, broken bones, heart problems, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, and pregnancy.
• The observatory disclaims responsibility for visibility affected by inclement weather.
• Edge Walk Experience may be canceled/rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions without prior notice.
• Entry timings/ticket prices might change or vary at any time without notice.
• Guests aged 12-65 are eligible for the Edge Walk. Minors under 18 need parental consent in person.
• A modest and comfortable attire is required, including wearing an Edge Walk overall to ensure safety – no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, or long scarves allowed.
• The Glass Slide experience isn't included with Sky Views Observatory tickets anymore. It costs AED 25 per ride at the attraction's counter on level 53. However, those who purchased their tickets before April 1, 2024, will still enjoy this feature without extra charge.
