• Arrive at least 15 minutes before check-in; latecomers will not be refunded.

• All visitors must pass an airport-style security check. This is mandatory and may involve waiting in line.

• Tours operate in all weather; in heavy rain, some areas may be closed for safety.

• In July & August, tours may be shortened to 2 hours due to heat.
