• Standard wheelchairs can access the first level of the vessels at Pier 16.

Speedboat thrill ride:

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible. All guests must be able to board unassisted.

• For safety reasons, service animals are not permitted onboard.

• The boats depart promptly at the scheduled time and cannot wait for late arrivals.

Speedboat thrill ride:

• The speedboat thrill ride does not feature a snack and beverage counter.

• Riders must be at least 40 inches (102 cm) tall to board.

• Children must be able to sit independently in their own seats.

• The speedboat is powered by twin jet engines and can get quite loud.

• Rides are weather-dependent and do not operate in rain—check with the provider before arriving.

• The boat reaches speeds up to 45 mph and may bounce, so it’s not suitable for pregnant guests or those with heart or back conditions.
