Panda Villa No. 6, which sees significant visitor traffic year-round, will be closed every Monday, excluding national holidays. During this closure, the area will not be open to visitors. Please plan your visit accordingly. 2. The Chengdu Giant Panda Museum in the park is closed for maintenance every Monday, except national holidays. The Panda Tower is closed for maintenance every Tuesday, except national holidays, and may be temporarily closed in special weather conditions. The Panda Art Museum is closed for maintenance every Monday, except national holidays. 3. Please pay attention to your own safety. Elderly people, young children, pregnant women, and people with limited mobility must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the park. Please keep your belongings safe, take precautions against mosquitoes, and maintain a distance of at least 3 meters from free-range animals and the red pandas on visit. Do not sit or stand on railings or other dangerous places, and do not attempt to climb over the guardrails.
【Visit Notice】 1. To ensure animal welfare, animals in the park will be able to freely enter and exit indoor and outdoor activity areas. Animals may not be seen in some outdoor activity areas. In the event of severe weather and natural disasters, or due to fencing construction, maintenance, animal breeding, etc., some facilities in the park may be temporarily closed. 2. Please maintain order within the park and follow the instructions of park staff. Insulting or assaulting staff is strictly prohibited. Please queue up in line and do not cut in line at the entrance or in timed and limited queue areas. Do not argue or fight with other visitors within the park. Do not distribute or post advertising slogans within the park. Do not unauthorizedly display banners within the park. Do not peddle merchandise. Do not occupy park grounds for activities that disrupt the normal flow of visitors, such as flash mobs or giant panda birthday celebrations. If you need to display a banner for legitimate reasons, such as company team-building, please consult with gate staff before entering the park. Banners may only be displayed without disrupting the normal flow of visitors after their content has been reviewed and approved and registered. 3. Please maintain public order. Cats, dogs and other pets are prohibited from entering the park. (Blind people with guide dogs must bring their Dog Registration Certificate, Vaccination Certificate and Guide Dog Use Permit. They must be accompanied by security personnel throughout the visit, and guide dogs must not approach within 10 meters of the animal activity area in the park.) Drones, roller skates, skateboards, scooters, balance bikes, bicycles, etc. are prohibited in the park. Trampling on the lawn is prohibited. Picking bamboo shoots and other plants is prohibited. Graffiti and damage to public facilities are prohibited. 4. Please abide by laws and regulations. It is prohibited to carry out illegal activities in the park. Dangerous goods are not allowed into the park. Smoking and using fire are prohibited in the park. 5. Please protect the animals and yourself by visiting quietly and staying away from the animals. Please do not make loud noises or use flashlights. It is prohibited to throw debris, spit, feed, or engage in other behaviors that threaten the safety of the animals in the animal activity area. 6. Please comply with the copyright protection regulations of the park. Live streaming, commercial filming and other activities are prohibited within the park without authorization. 7. The Panda Base and its authorized agencies have the right to reasonably use visitors' images within the scope permitted by law. 8. The Panda Base has established a management mechanism for uncivilized behavior in the scenic area. For any behavior that affects the normal order of the park or threatens the safety of the park's animals (including but not limited to the above behaviors) verified by the scenic area, the Panda Base will take different levels of management measures, including criticism and education, and banning the perpetrators from entering the park for one year, three years, five years, or lifetime, depending on the severity of the behavior. 9. The West and South Gate Visitor Centers and the South Gate Information Center are open from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM from March 1st to October 31st, and from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM from November 1st to February 28th (February 29th in leap years). If you need to collect luggage or return amenities after hours, please call the on-duty staff or contact on-site security personnel for assistance. 10. Depending on the park's actual conditions, ticket sales may be temporarily suspended or routes may be adjusted during peak periods such as weekends and holidays, resulting in longer wait times at various stops. If the sightseeing bus service is unavailable, we recommend walking. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The sightseeing bus service costs 30 yuan per person and can be boarded at any sightseeing bus stop on the same day. All ticket types are valid for five rides per day. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged after use.
