• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along on this experience.

Accessibility

• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

• Safety first! Some rides are restricted for people with back or neck issues, cardiac issues, those who have undergone surgery recently, and pregnant women.

• Your guide dogs are welcome at the theme park but are not allowed on the rides or in the zoo.

• Guests who have the proper documentation are entitled to one free carer ticket.

Additional information

• Children under the age of 12 will be admitted unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

• Each ride has its own height restriction, ranging from 0.9 m to 1.4 m minimum.

• Please also note that children shorter than 0.9 m can enjoy multiple attractions accompanied by an adult over the age of 16.

• Those who wish to leave the theme park and re-enter on the same day should be sure to get their hand stamped as they exit.
