Same-day cancellations and refunds are not permitted due to rain. - Upon entering the venue on the day of the performance, you will need to present your mobile ticket and passport for identification, exchange it for a wristband, and wear it to gain entry. (Mobile ticket screenshots and copies are not accepted.) Uploading captured mobile ticket screenshots or downloaded tickets to social media or sharing them with others may result in disadvantages when entering the venue. The event organizer/host/ticketing agency is not responsible for any problems or disadvantages resulting from this. - Since proxy collection is not possible, if you have reserved two or more tickets, a companion other than the person who made the reservation cannot collect the wristband on your behalf.
