• Pets and outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the aquarium.

• The aquarium is wheelchair accessible, with lifts, escalators, and accessible toilets available throughout the attraction.

Additional information

• Check-in time is at 3pm; the guided tour starts at 3:15pm.

• Meals for infants are not included unless a child fare is booked.

• The on-site restaurant will be closed for renovations. A new restaurant, Squires Loft, will open on September 20th, 2025.
