You'll start your journey on the Lower Ground floor at The Dubai Mall, close to the “At the Top” entrance. Head to the Will Call Counter to collect your Burj Khalifa Tickets with Light Meal or Café Treat. After a quick security check, you’ll ride the high-speed elevator straight up to the Lounge.

Options Available to You

Café Treat at Levels 124 & 125

You'll gain entry to floors 124 and 125, where panoramic city views stretch across floor-to-ceiling windows and open-air decks. Use the telescopes provided to catch a glimpse of nearby landmarks such as Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, and the desert landscape beyond. Your ticket also includes one pastry or soft drink from The Café on the ground level—perfect for winding down after your visit. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available so you can share your experience instantly.

Lounge Experience at Levels 152–154

This option grants access to floors 152, 153 and 154—the world’s highest lounge. Inside, you'll find a refined atmosphere with stylish interiors and bringd terraces offering stunning views. The menu includes light gourmet fare like canapés and delicate desserts along with unlimited tea, coffee, and house beverages. One glass of sparkling wine or house wine is also included for your enjoyment. Priority access allows you to bypass regular lines using a private elevator. Plus, this option gives you entry to Levels 124 & 125 as well—so you can explore both areas before or after your lounge session.

Keep in mind that any extra food and drinks beyond the included options are not part of either ticket type.

Make sure you have a valid photo ID or passport ready for entry checks. It’s also wise to bring your booking confirmation, either printed or saved on your phone, in case it's needed.

What You Can't Take Inside

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage aren’t allowed inside the Burj Khalifa. Outside food and drinks are not permitted either. Pets are prohibited unless they're registered service animals. Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the area.

The experience at the Burj Khalifa is accessible to wheelchair users, with elevators and restrooms designed for ease of access available on site.

Ticketing Details and Guidelines

Children under 3 years old don’t need a ticket, but those aged between 3 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The observation deck can hold up to 50 people at any one time. There might be lines for the exhibits on the viewing platform.During Ramadan, food and drinks won't be available until Iftar, which is at sunset. You have about 1.5 hours to explore the attractions once you’re inside. If you want to see the Dubai Fountain show, it's best to arrive around 30 minutes before your chosen time. The fountain shows are scheduled for 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM daily (except Friday when they're at 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM), with evening performances every half hour from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.You should allow up to 20 minutes for the walk from Burj Khalifa Metro Station to the entrance. Your tickets can be picked up at the Will Call Counter on the lower ground floor of The Dubai Mall.
