- You are welcome to enjoy your pastry and coffee at the Cafe, which is situated on the ground floor of the Burj Khalifa.
- Luggage larger than a handbag cannot be brought inside; however, you can check it in at the Secure Baggage Area near the entrance. Small items such as cameras and other accessories are permitted, but photography within the theater area is not allowed.
- Prime hour tickets (during sunset) cost more compared to non-prime hours for the rest of the day. To book a ticket during non-prime hours, please click here.
- Entry to the Burj Khalifa is based on specific timeslots, but once inside, you can remain as long as desired. Visitors typically spend between 40 and 45 minutes at the observatory.
